Whether it is the picturesque countryside of Brazil, the rural villages of Uganda or the hustle and bustle of Nairobi, Mt. Gilead is committed to reaching the world with the Word of God. The international flags at the entrance of the Mt. Gilead campus represent the nations visited by the Mt. Gilead Missions’ team. With a heart for changing lives with the Word of God, we have journeyed beyond the walls of the church and into the world. Our mission trips have taken us globally from the war-torn and impoverished country of Haiti to the obscure areas of Solomon’s Island off the coast of Australia.

In partnership with Shalom Outreach Ministry, a missions organization based in Dale City, Virginia, Mt. Gilead has sponsored hundreds of missionaries to cross the cultural divide in the name of Jesus Christ. In addition to spreading the gospel, our strategies have focused on a variety of needs including food and clothing distribution in refugee camps, medical missions, and HIV/AIDS prevention.
